The Housing Authority of Cass County manages two apartment buildings reserved for individuals and families who are 55 and better. These buildings provide affordable housing under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. To qualify, your household income (including everyone who will be living with you) cannot exceed the Very Low (50%) income limits below:

Four floor plans are available: Monterey and Brighton Place Floorplans

Monterey & Brighton Place is the area’s newest Affordable Senior Housing Community for residents 62 and better. This 85-unit community is located at the corner of Sheyenne Street and 8th Avenue West in West Fargo, ND. Comprised of both one and two bedroom units, this smoke-free housing facility offers heat, water, and garbage included in the rent. Each apartment includes the following amenities:

Serenity is an 18 unit community for residents 55 and better located at 212 7th Ave West in West Fargo, ND. Comprised of one-bedroom units, this smoke-free housing facility offers heat, water, and garbage included in the rent. Each apartment includes the following amenities:
