Senior Housing Program
The Housing Authority of Cass County manages two apartment buildings reserved for individuals and families who are 55 and older. These buildings provide affordable housing under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. To qualify, your household income (including everyone who will be living with you) cannot exceed the Very Low (50%) income limits below:
